Donny Cannoy was born in Seoul, Korea and moved to the El Paso area as an infant. Donny and Lórien met while performing together on a music & drama ministry tour, and have been doing ministry together ever since! Donny is a graduate of Musician’s Institute, and co-owns a software consulting company with over 50 employees. Donny has served faithfully in the Vineyard movement since 1991, becoming a pastor in 2005. It’s hard to narrow down Donny’s interests, but let’s give it a try: he loves bowling (and is a certified coach – did you know there was such a thing?), performing and listening to music, anything tech related, watching movies, and building / destroying / fixing things.
Lórien Cannoy is originally from California but considers herself an El Pasoan since moving here in 2000 to marry Donny and participate in ministry. She is the children’s pastor and supports Donny in pastoring and worship leading. After graduating from homeschool, she attended Azusa Pacific University to study music and then moved to El Paso to start a family. Donny and Lórien have 8 kids, 3 adopted and 5 biological. She enjoys singing, homeschooling, rearranging her house and drinking coffee with friends.
